This website
This site does not ask for period dates, symptoms or other journal information. It uses no advertising pixels, analytics scripts, tracking cookies or newsletter form. Search filters run in your browser and are not sent to a search service. Interactive examples use made-up dates and sample choices in browser memory only; they reset on reload and do not save a journal or send your choices to our server.
Cloudflare hosts the site and processes technical request information necessary to serve and protect it. This is different from claiming no server ever receives an IP address. External App Store, Google Play, source and support links are governed by their respective services.
At the main website address, we use your browser language unless you have chosen a language. To remember your choice, we save only its language code in a session cookie. You can return to automatic selection from the language menu.
The app
Core tracking uses a protected local journal without an online account. Optional backup, Plus sync and partner sharing involve encrypted data and account/device information. Apple Health on iOS and Health Connect on Android are optional separate services. Screen privacy is a separate optional visibility control; journal encryption remains in place when it is off.
